Job Description

At ITMTB Technologies, we help high-growth businesses innovate and scale through tailored tech solutions—from AI-powered dashboards to procurement platforms in hospitality. We’re seeking a Business Development Executive who can drive outreach, build relationships, and expand our SaaS and marketplace presence across industries.

What You'll Do

  • Generate leads and build a pipeline via LinkedIn, email, Apollo, and industry databases
  • Craft outbound messaging tailored to different ICPs (hospitality, fintech, SMEs, advisory firms)
  • Understand client pain points and pitch relevant products or partnership models
  • Lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospects
  • Keep CRM systems updated and aligned with outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with product and ops teams to shape outreach strategies
  • Stay current with trends in SaaS, AI, marketplaces, and digital transformation

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles (SaaS/B2B preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo for lead generation and outreach
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outbound platforms
  • Strong understanding of tech products and how they address business needs
  • Self-starter attitude with time management skills in remote settings
  • Bonus: Experience in IT, SaaS, tech consulting, or fintech verticals
